Extensive shipping information Moodadventures

1. The Netherlands:

Free shipping applies to all of our items. The furniture transport is free. The Wadden Islands (except for Texel) are excluded, this is on request. We deliver the items on ground level.

2. Belgium & Germany
For orders up to € 50,- the shipping costs are €4.50. For orders over € 50,- free shipping applies. Furniture transport is available. For Belgium this is € 39,- and for Germany € 89,-. We deliver the items on ground level.

3. France, Luxembourg and Austria
The standard shipping costs are €9.95. The price for furniture transport is on request.

4. Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy and Spain
The standard shipping costs are €9.95. The price for furniture transport is on request.

5. Other countries: on request.

Moodadventures collaborates with PostNL (Extra Home) and Moodadventures transport.

Delivery appointments
We schedule an appointment for the delivery of large and/or heavy items. You will receive a message by text and/or e-mail about a date and the possible timeperiod. If you are unable to receive the products at the time of deliverance, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If this appointment is sheduled, we would like to receive a confirmation. The items are only delivered after receiving thisconfirmation. Therefore we expect you to be present at the agreed delivery time and place. If you are not, we will make a new delivery agreement, which will be charged. The price for a second delivery appointment is € 39,-.

Can I make a delivery appointment myself?
Unfortunately it is not possible to make a delivery appointment yourself. We depend on the driver route of PostNL and that of our furniture courier. We can however take your preference into account!

Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the adress for you.

It may happen that you want to return an order. We hope you will love everything that you receive, but if something is not quite right you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return (without giving any reason).

After returning your order you have another 14 days to return your product(s). The costs of sending the package to our adress are for your own account. These costs can vary between € 6.95 (PostNL) and € 39,- (large packages and/or furniture) within the Netherlands.

If you decide to return your product(s), please ensure its condition. This means clean, unused and undamaged. To use this returning right you can contact us at info@moodadventures.nl. After registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order, we will give you a full refund of the order amount due within 14 days. 

If the product or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packed when sending it back.

PAY ATTENTION! Customized products that you purchase through our webshop are made according to the specifications you provide and with great care. The right of returning therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

If your order has been delivered by PostNL Extra @ Home or Moodadventures Transport, they will also collect your return shipment. Please contact info@moodadventures.nl to make a pick-up appointment.

Do you want to exchange (with the exception of custom-made) product(s)? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@moodadventures.nl for more information. You do, however, bear the costs for the returnshipment of the product yourself.
